Warranty Information

Metro Fluid Power warrants to the original purchaser that products manufactured and sold by Metro Fluid Power shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty assumes that the products will be properly installed and used under normal and rated operating conditions. Metro Fluid Power strives to deliver the highest quality parts and units to our customers, however, if something fails to meet your expectations, every effort will be made to correct it to your satisfaction.

The warranty will remain in effect for 2 years from date of purchase for all our aftermarket and remanufactured items and 1 year from date of purchase for all the NEW items. If a problem occur during this time period, please notify the Customer Service team immediately. All products returned to Metro Fluid Power for warranty evaluation must be freight prepaid. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from Metro Fluid Power prior to any products being shipped for warranty consideration. If it is determined that the item is covered on warranty, we will repair or replace at no additional cost. If purchaser claims that a product violates such warranty, Metro Fluid Power obligation shall (at its option) repair or replace the product which is proved to violate this warranty.

Disassembly or modification of any assembly or component will void the warranty, unless advanced written authorization is acquired from Metro Fluid Power.

Metro Fluid Power shall not be liable to the purchaser for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes any loss of profit or revenue.

Core returns must be returned within 90 days of date of purchase to receive the core credit. All core returns must be freight prepaid.
